先週、大学内でウンマ・ウィークが開催されていました。内容は、各国の留学生が各ブースで自国について紹介するというもの。残念ながら、日本のブースはありませんでした。実は友達から連絡をもらうまで知らなかったのですが、礼拝のためにモスクへ行かないことがひょっとすると情報をキャッチし損ねている原因かもしれません（金曜礼拝の時に皆さん行きましょうというアナウンスがあったそうです）。
The last week, Ummah week was held in the campus. In each booth, the abroad students introduced their own country. Unfortunately, there was not Japan booth. Actually, I did not know until my friend called me. One of the reasons is that I do not go to masjid and musallah to pray and get the information there (there was announce that invited people to go to the each booth in the Friday prayer).
私に電話をくれた友人はヨルダンから来ているため、最初にヨルダンのブースへ行きました。その後、イラク、アルジェリア、パレスチナなどのブースへ行きました。
My friend who called me comes from Jordan, so I went to the Jordan booth for the first time. After that, I went to some booth such as Iraq, Algeria, and Palestine.
